easter morn and bluebonnets

after throwing a bunny, simon headed outside for a moment
on the swing before we drove to the hill country with indi,
mick & adam for some Texas bluebonnets and barbeque.

simon plays peek-a-boo by covering one eye with his hand - very entertaining.

simon contemplates about his youth passing him
by while he poses for 'one more' photo.

anna lee's birthday

so many bunnies

and a little puppy

all the moms and babies love to hang out together at the coffeehouse,
and it's even more fun if we get to celebrate someone's special day...

simon (and undertreehouse) is so popular

the same weekend whit photographed the house, adrienne breaux photographed us and the house for the web magazine we are good kin - http://www.wearegoodkin.com/article/young-family-modern-living
she first saw the house on the AIA homes tour in October 2009 http://www.aiahomestour.com/Architect8 and then wrote an article about loop design for rare magazine - http://issuu.com/raremagazine/docs/january2010
(pages 68-69) it worked out well for us because we only had to really clean the house good for that weekend.
in between photos, simon took time out for lunch.

trip to the household hazardous waste facility

simon and I wait in line to 'dump' our old paint cans. we didn't
get out of the car to properly document our adventure because
it turns out many people needed to offload paint cans on Wednesday.
